All exchanges & returns must meet the following requirements:
Must be shipped within 14 business days of receiving your order.*
Must be unused, undamaged and with all tags.
Must not have been on sale at time of purchase.
The items must have been purchased on SOIYL.com.

If any returns/exchanges do not meet these requirements, the items will be returned to you immediately.

SOIYL is NOT responsible for any shipping charges incurred from a return/exchange.

Items bought at a store that sells SOIYL is subject to individual vendor return/exchange policies.

How and where do I send my return/exchange package?
Repackage it securely in the same box (or similar box).
You MUST enclose a copy of the receipt.
We are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves. It is advisable to keep your tracking number to ensure that package is shipped to us.

When will my return/exchange be processed?
Once we receive your exchange, it will be processed within 3-4 business days and your new item will be shipped.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-4 business days and the payment will be returned in it’s original form. A restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. You will be notified via email when the refund has been credited. (Your bank may require additional days to process this refund into your account.)

May I order customized Soiyl shoes?
Yes! For an fee of $45 USD plus the retail price of an product, a pair of shoes can be customized to meet your needs. Please send your request to inquiries@soiyl.com . Customized shoes can only be exchanged, no refunds.

How does Free shipping work with in the U.S.A. ?
Use the discount code, FreeUSA at the time of check out. Note, the free shipping discount is not valid with additional sales promotional codes.
